Located in the Namba shopping and transportation hub. Convenient to go to trains and subways. Hotel hallways had tabaco smells even though they are non smoking floors. My Room also had tabaco smell. Requested to change and the staff was very responsive to the request. The second room was much better, no tabaco smell. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is perfectly located for all things Osaka. We enjoyed being on high level floor and the executive lounge was great! WITH ONE EXCEPTION- the hotel needs a thorough cleaning and inspection for “critters” I.e. cockroaches!.

Nice hotel, very central and near all the shops and restaurants. Public transport is near. Even though the whole life is happening right in front the hotel, there’s no noise nuisance in the rooms at all. The swimming pool and gym where good, slightly older but yet ok. The rooms were spacious and up to our demands. Nothing was really missing.
