We had an excellent stay at Swissôtel Osaka. The location is outstanding, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the excellent pillow selection, which made for a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the view from our room. One of the highlights of our stay was the Japanese spa. It was huge, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent, and all the necessary toiletries and amenities were provided free of charge, making the experience even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel was exceptionally well maintained throughout. Overall, everything met or exceeded our expectations. There was genuinely nothing negative to say about our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

We had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Nanak Osaka. Location was perfect with seamless train connectivity. I was most impressed when they offered porter service right to the train platforms! Room size was spacious for junior suite. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was impeccable. This would be my first choice when I next return to Osaka.

not good , reception staff is not warm ,its not a 5 star feel , its like a apartment feel ,lift area passage very poor, extremely crowded feel due to underground metro
