The "Swissotel Challenge" programme is the first level of the three-tier development cycle "Trajectories at Swissotel". It consists of a two-year programme providing team members with an exclusive opportunity to learn and travel within the Swissotel Hotels & Resorts Hotel Group.
The "Swissotel Challenge" programme is designed to suit each candidate's specialisation and is comprised of work experience assignments matching each participant's career development ambitions and lasting for six months. Destinations and missions depend on previous experience and language ability.
The objective of this programme is to act as an “eye opener” and it is open to our most junior colleagues displaying promising career development potential. The programme is open to candidates who, after a year within our operations and the successful completion of the selection process, will be give an opportunity to travel and get familiar with different styles of management, cultures, and the environments in which they will be working.
