We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. With platinum upgrade voucher to Suites, we enjoyed the swimming pool and view of the Tallin. Thanks for the welcome amenities imputing the champagne. ❤️🥰

It was a very pleasant stay. We found the hotel both well located the room well equipped, and the restaurant and bar on 30th floor were very nice. Breakfast very good and varied. The staff generally very helpful

I am writing to give some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, but I was unfortunately very disappointed with the gluten-free food selection. We had specifically agreed in advance that there would be gluten-free pancakes with fillings available. Despite this agreement, the execution fell short and the gluten-free options on site were quite poor. As a 5-star hotel, I expected a higher standard of service, especially when dietary requirements had been confirmed beforehand. I hope you will look into this to improve the experience for future gluten-free guests.
