The hotel was nice. Great views and 2 swimming pools which was nice. Comfortable rooms but the price we paid for a family versus one of the lower rooms was definitely too much. As the lower price room better in terms of view and not that small compared to the family room. The hotel is way overpriced for even the smallest things. If you request something from your room, you’ll wait over an hour to get it. The breakfast was advertised as an American breakfast which was far from it. The chefs making the eggs to order were not very experienced. Drenching the eggs and vegetables in lots of oil, often under cooking or burning the eggs. One of the chefs was making me an omelette and walked away doing other stuff for a few minutes while the eggs were burning on the grill. After coming back, she folded the eggs into an omelette, never turning it over, so I had a burned omelette that was uncooked on the inside. On the positive side, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t stay here again as I think Movenpick is much better.

Reception service must be improved, the person who was both on arrival and departure was nervous, not felt they are happy what they are doing and the communication was quite poor, it was not fast and felt uncontrollable

All good, but I will point two things to improve. Speed of check-out and check-in and wifi speed and restrictions. Especially the checkout was disappointing, I had to wait for 15 minutes of line and then some actions. Not sparking joy...
