Perfect stay at the hotel during 5 days. Everything was high standards. To underline the proffesionalism of the sports area staff specially Mrs Duygu Gumuscan who really helps and assess as personal trainer during my stay. I am Spanish and she introduce in Pilates session with other people perfectly. Best regards.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Izmir. It’s a fantastic hotel that has great amenities and well appointed rooms. Food in the Swiss cafe for breakfast is very good, we also ate in the restaurant on the top floor, this was also superb. Unfortunately, I do have A few down points, I traveled with 3 other people and we all had the same issue, the shower pressure from the large over head nozzle is very poor. The hotel is currently being renovated, it was a shame the large entrance reception wasn’t available- Other than that, i highly rate this hotel, I will return later in the year.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately, my room was uncomfortably warm all 3 days and after maintenance looked at it, the temperature started till cool by the last day. Took may hours to improve.
