We had a wonderful stay as a couple and really enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The stay was comfortable, and the front desk team members were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the quality of the housekeeping was not up to standard. A couple of times, some amenities were not replenished (eg, coffee pods, conditioner, bottled water). On one occasion, housekeeping did not properly service the room. We acknowledge that we left the room late (around 3pm). However, when approached, the front desk said that it would not be a problem for the room to be serviced. Once we returned to the hotel room later in the day, the room had not been serviced. We went out again and notified front desk that the room had not been serviced. By the time we returned, towels had been refreshed, but the bed linen not replaced nor the bed made. The room was also not vacuumed. We were told that housekeeping had said that the ‘Do not disturb’ sign was up, but we had made sure that the ‘Clean my room’ sign was up so that the room would be serviced. In the end, we just asked for bed linen to be delivered to our room, and we replaced the bed linen ourselves. We were disappointed as to this aspect, and just expected better service given the amount of money we spent for booking the room, and given the reputation of the hotel brand. This was the only negative, as the front desk staff members were professional and friendly, the room otherwise comfortable, and the location great. We also greatly appreciated that the front desk team members did what they could for an earlier check in (we particularly acknowledge the great service from Rob and Fabrizio).
