Breakfast was below expectations. The hotel was definitely not crowded, but breakfast started with a queue to get in. The breakfast selection could definitely be richer for a hotel of this level. ..it reminded me a bit of Egyptian or Turkish holiday hotels, except that the food selection was small.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. We especially appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to make our stay comfortable. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Swissotel has been my favourite hotel in Tallinn for years. I used to stay in the top floor rooms since they have been in good shape, but now they, too, are showing wear and tear. Spots on the carpet and on the chair by the window. The small tiles in the spa (steam room) are getting loose. The breakfast selection is not the best. Coffee tastes like it has been made hours ago. Gluten free options are next to nothing. Not even a toaster for gluten free bread. Not the kind of Swissotel exprience I am used to. It might be time to do some refurbishment, if you want to remain as one of the top hotels in Tallinn. I love the spa and the views, but otherwise the product is not where it should be.
