Had a big room on the 29 floor with great view. Big bathroom and plenty of space. Good breakfast with more then enough food and all. Very nice pool and small sauna which at least while visited it was quite empty and was relaxing. On the 30 floor a nice bar and resturant, not cheap buts give a nice view. Bus station right in front and tram very close by do easy to get to airport or town. Easy check in and out.

Check-in and check-out at the hotel went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, but a little worn: the curtains were coming loose along the top edge and had stains on them, the additional mirror in the bathroom was loose, and there was ingrained dirt in the water tank of the coffee machine (limescale?). The air conditioning in the room was very loud, which meant it could not be left on at night. For me, breakfast is always the highlight of a hotel stay! Unfortunately, this time it was a disappointment. There was a wide selection of products available, but I would warmly recommend reorganising the breakfast service: Observations: • One person at the restaurant entrance first asked for the room number and then escorted the party to a table while the rest of the queue waited. • The dining area was full on both days. The volume was close to noise level, and there was also music playing in the background, although it could barely be heard because of the noise. • There was a long waiting time at the speciality coffee station. There, too, one person took the orders, prepared them, and brought the finished coffees to the table. • Dirty dishes were not collected from the tables at all during the meal. Only once a party had left were dozens of dishes cleared from the table and taken to sideboards in the middle of the dining room, where they were then rearranged several times into different stacks. • Tables were wiped with cloths that did not appear to have any rinsing stations. • The containers on the tables holding cutlery and napkins were dented and dirty. Suggestions: • Dirty plates, cups, and cutlery should be collected from the tables continuously as they accumulate, rather than only after the party has left. This would make the meal more pleasant and allow the final cleaning of the table to be done more quickly. • Dirty plates, cups, and cutlery should be taken directly to the dishwashing area without any “intermediate storage” — this would save time. • Coffee cups should not be placed on the tables, as they are available next to the coffee machines. There is no need to carry a cup from the table to the coffee machine and back. • Hand sanitiser should be available at the breakfast buffet so that guests can prepare their breakfast sandwiches with clean hands. Overall, I would like to emphasise that the staff were friendly and the hotel had many positive qualities. However, considering that this is a five-star hotel, I would have expected a more polished and carefully managed breakfast experience, as well as better attention to small maintenance and cleanliness details in the room. These issues did not meet the standard I would normally associate with a hotel of this category.

Breakfast can include better bread. Both sauna need some caring. Stuff were friendly and room was so good and clean.

Nice and good quality hotel overall. Top floor had excellent views. However, for a hotel this standard one would expect not to wait one hour to get to a breakfast. We were sent back to the room due to long queue and when coming back later the same queue continued. Yes, it is unfortunate that people might all come around the same time and the guy managing the queue definately did his best to help. But it would be easy to create a system by the management: instruct staff to take up the room numbers of the people in the queue and then call the room when they are close to receiving a table. No one would have to wait in the queue and go back and forth to check.
