We enjoyed 3 night in Swissotel for a company wide trip. Everything worked super well, food was great and the spa was a nice luxury after a long day.

EXCELLENT (spa, breakfast, room), except: -upselling is a great thing, but if customer says no the first time, there's no need to actively push 3-4 times (Lobby bar) -check-in service level could be improved ,receptionist needs to speak with a clear voice and so that it's possible to hear something. Even after I pointed it out to her, she still continued to speak with the same low voice

Another wonderful weekend at Swissotel in Tallinn. This time we would like to especially thank the breakfastbuffet staff. Mr Johnson is so customer oriented and always positive and polite he is just great! Many thank's also to miss Eliisa and the whole staff for good service.

On Sunday morning I had an unpleasant surprise when I found water on the bathroom floor due to a water leak. Instead of being able to go back to bed after using the bathroom, I had to get dressed and call the reception to report the issue. The manager came to check the situation, and I then had to wait for information on whether I could use the shower. I would have expected a price adjustment at check-out or at least a proper apology for the inconvenience.
