The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

The room was perfect. SPA was a nice touch and the restaurant on the 30th floor was amazing for a sunset dinner.

Easy access to the center, super clean and comfortable, great breakfast, great sauna and pool (at extra cost). You get Swisshotel standards.

Staff was polite and nice. Only thing that bothered me was breakfast. First stand in line for ten minutes to get a table, then i could not eat much because i am coliac and i can only eat gluten free. There were a gluten free table, dry breads and no butter. Everything at the ”normal” tables were contaminadet with bread crums. Even the bacon had bread in it. I did not found coffee, so i ordered it. The waiter forgot and had to go ask again. So only thing i had was coffee and fruits 😔

Due some personal needs I had a couple of requests to the hotel beforehand, and I was very glad to notice my needs were met perfectly. The staff was friendly and service oriented, breakfast was great!
