It is the Hotel of my choice in Tallinn. It has been always a great pleasure to stay there. Everything works well, beds are comfortable, breakfasts and food in the restaurant is excellent, staff is polite and professional. Location is central, shopping is next to the door, old town is few minutes by walk.

Ok, but not 5-star. Chairs at the bar 30th floor worn out. Good welcoming to breakfast by the friendly man. Anyhow very busy and noisy at breakfast room. Maybe something could be done with the acoustic?

Very good breakfast, excellent reception service, good view. Shower in very bad condition, pillows very thin and not comfortable. Very expensive parking and no discounts for hotel quests

We have visited Swissotel several times. The hotel is generally in good condition but lacks the feel of five-star rating in service. There wasn’t a door man welcoming guests and the room wasn’t ready on arrival despite I had informed the hotel our arrival time ahead and I’m a Gold member. No special recognition of status at check-in. Spa was full of loud guests. Would have appreciated if staff had asked them to calm down. Breakfast had wide selection but the quality of food could have been better. The eggs station was super slow. The lady cooking omelettes informed that the waiting time is about 30-35 minutes. Totally unacceptable for breakfast. A welcome amenity was brought to us only in the evening after I asked for it. The cake we received was a lovely gesture but customers shouldn’t have need to ask for their benefits.
