This hotel is very beautiful and so convenient to the airport. The room was very quiet and so comfortable. I was only there for several hrs between flights so I did not advantage of the other hotel amenities.

Stayed for a few days to do a two food and city tours in Quito, then left for the Galapagos. We loved Swissotel, and it was a short, convenient walk to a small grocery store and pharmacy down the block. Super helpful staff, very pleasant. I think the only downside was that we wanted to eat in the restaurant, but it opened late that night for some reason.

Not overly impressed. The window blinds are see through. We could see out and people could see in. Unsure of the logic with this? Onsite cafe in the afternoon was closed. Walked to another cafe nearby for a coffee and a bite to eat.
