First room was below a room under construction. Very noisy. The bed was hard as concrete. Not comfortable at all. Changed rooms and was kept awake by a very loud party in the hotel until 2am. Rock music and street noise made rest impossible. Both rooms were dated. .

a brief stopover in Quito. The reception staff and concierge wer super helpful and responsive. Great room especially one with a view.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful dining staff as well as luggage helper. I own a travel agency & brought a group of 32. I just wish there is a recognition somehow for bringing business this much. An upgrade would have been nice but i understand if not available. However, a little appreciation would be exceptional. I bring groups to all 7 continents & i do experience it in most locations but i did not feel any appreciation in your hotel. Little gesture would have given you at least 9*
