Nice stay!

I enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff went many times above and beyond the requested. They all sermed very proud of their hotel and work, a through hospitality mentality.

Overall very uncomfortable

We stayed at your hotel for a total of 5 nights (three nights then one night and then another night as we transited through Quito on our way to and back from the Amazon and the Galapagos) over a two and half week period in December 2025. The service was excellent and all the staff were very courteous and helpful. However, our stays were very unsatisfactory and uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning in our rooms. We understood that this affected the entire hotel due to the continuing power outages in Quito. Nonetheless, it was extremely disappointing that a 5 star hotel did not have any contingency for this over an extended period of time. As a consequence, we slept terribly each time and generally had one of our worst experiences ever in a 5 star hotel.
