We only stayed at the hotel for one night as we were in transit to the Galapagos. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food. I would stay here again.

Great food and a good view. Unfortunately we do not have a bathtub that functions in our house and I was looking forward to taking a hot bath at the hotel after an eight hour drive. The hotel tub did not hold water and there was a wadded up paper towel in it. When I told the ladies at the front desk they said sorry and offered no concession or solution. Very disappointing as experiences at other Swiss Hotels have been positive.

Well located, close to restaurants. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent gym, pool and good spa area. The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to traffic. The hotel could also replace the towels (quite worn out!)
