Great location, the room we had was not large but very clean. Overall, an extremely good value!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Disappointed.

Bad view with pigeons outside our window. Gross. Also we missed first day because of airline. But you made it sound like you would help us by removing first night charge and then lady at desk was mean about it.

As a Platinum member this is one of the worst Accor hotels in the many I have stayed in

We stayed 7 nights. Bed was 2 foam mattresses on top of one another - I fell of the edge during the night as there was no support. Bathroom amenities not replaced regularly. Not enough room to move between desk chair and bed. Hair dryer missing on check in. Tea/coffee not replaced regularly. No milk for teas. Overall impression was there was no active caring management involved - no where close to the claimed 4 star.
