The Spa, located on the 5th floor of Swissôtel Grand Shanghai, comprises six spa treatment rooms, each fitted with a private Jacuzzi and sauna. Leave your stressful lifestyle behind and step into the soothing sanctuary of the spa. Be rejuvenated by the selection of relaxing treatments, which leave you refreshed and invigorated.

Featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment, Power Zone is the place to sweat out a hard day's work. Options include a range of cardio equipment and other training machines for weight control, body toning and overall physical well-being.

Stimulating laps in the 20-metre indoor heated pool can do wonders for wellness and stamina while a wading pool is available for children.

*Please note that the hotels swimming pool will be under slight refurbishment from the 9th – 18th February 2013. The other facilities, such as spa, sauna, steam-rooms and gym will NOT be affected during this time, and we look forward to reintroducing the pool back to our guests as of the 19th February 2013.
