We advise guests to book the previous night to guarantee an early check-in. Early check-in may be extended depending on room availability. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage free of charge at the hotel’s luggage storage while waiting for check-in.My flight leaves late in the day, will it be possible to check out late?Kindly arrange with our Front Desk should you wish to retain your room after 11:00. Rooms are subject to room availability. The following charges may apply: 50% of the price of the room if retained before 17:00, full room price applies if retained after 17:00.
What is your Best Available Rate cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 18:00 one day prior to the first day of your booking. Reservation cancelations later than that will be subject to charges for the first night of your intended stay.

How much is accommodation tax for my reservation?
Effective 1 June 2019, Osaka Prefecture requires all hotel staying guests to pay Accommodation Tax based on the room rate per person per night:
Under ¥7,000: Tax-Free¥7,000 - ¥14,999: ¥100¥15,000 - ¥19,999: ¥200More than ¥20,000: ¥300
For example:Overnight Rate - ¥35,000 for 2 adultsRate per person per night - ¥17,500Accommodation Tax - ¥200 per person per night, ¥400 for 2 adults Total Rate - ¥35,400 for 2 adults
How can I book a room with extra bed?All Twin Rooms can accommodate extra bed setup inside the room. Kindly select 3 adults when booking online if you wish to have an extra bed setup prior to arrival, for online rates to include the extra bed charge. Certain rooms are unable to accommodate extra beds due to local fire regulations.Can I request extra bed on Queen or King Room?The following room types are unable to accommodate extra beds: Classic Queen and Classic King Room, Premier King Room, Swiss Advantage King and Queen Room, Swiss Select King and Queen Room, Swiss Executive King Room
All other room types: Extra Bed Charges of ¥10,000 per night apply, unless selecting 3 adults or more during the time of booking. For Swiss Executive Rooms and selected Suite Rooms, extra bed charges include access to the Swiss Executive Lounge.

Are baby cots available at all of your hotels?Baby cots, which are suitable for infants under 2 years of age (weighing up to 15kg) can be booked online free of charge, subject to availability.Will there be charge if my kid stay in the same room with me?Additional charges apply if extra bed is requested.
