The "Swissotel Contact" Programme is the second level of the three-tier development cycle "Trajectories at Swissotel". It addresses middle-to-top management team members wishing to develop their skills by being part of this talent accelerator pool.
It is aimed at colleagues already holding first-level supervision responsibilities and displaying a potential to reach a higher position level, within a flexible time span of about two years. This programme is also designed to satisfy the ambitions of young graduates from renowned hotel management schools.
In addition to being given an opportunity to tackle and work out solutions to specific management issues within a department, coaching is one of the main components of this programme.
Participants are encouraged in their effort to develop new skills and knowledge by a pool of motivated managers who will coach them to reach higher levels.
