This programme is specifically addressed to senior team members and is designed to broaden and complete their competency set, confirm current skills and acquire new knowledge, to prepare them for future responsibilities.
Participants are being asked to choose a mentor, who will act as their personal adviser and bring them inspiration and motivation.
