Swissôtel Contact programme is designed for middle management team members wishing to develop their skills by being part of this talent accelerator pool.
It is aimed at colleagues already in their first level of supervision responsibilities who are interested in reaching a Head of Department level within a flexible time span of about two years.
In addition to being given an opportunity to tackle and work out solutions to specific management issues within their department, coaching is a main component of this programme.
Participants are encouraged in their effort to develop new skills and knowledge by a pool of motivated managers who will coach them to achieve higher levels.
