Swissôtel Challenge is the first level of our development programme "Trajectories at Swissôtel". It consists of a two year programme that gives team members the opportunity to learn and travel within the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts Hotel Group.
The programmes are designed to suit each candidate specialisation, and are comprised of Work Experience assignments lasting for 6 months. Destinations and missions depend on previous experience and language ability.
The objective of this programme is to act as an “eye opener” for our most junior colleagues, giving them the opportunity to travel and get familiar with different styles of management, cultures, and the environments in which they will be working.
