Pierre played an active role in introducing various projects - from team members' communication to new training initiatives, at both the hotel and corporate levels. During this time, Pierre was also a member of the task force in the pre-opening of Swissôtel Nai Lert Park, Bangkok and provided HR & training support to Swissôtel Nankai, Osaka.

As the Vice-President of Human Resources for Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, Pierre works closely with the Managing Director in defining the group's HR strategy and objectives. He also works closely with the hotels' Director of Human Resources & Training in implementing HR programmes and initiatives.

Prior to joining Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, Pierre held different levels of management positions mainly focusing on HR and Finance with the International Committee of the Red Cross, working in Africa and Central Asia. A graduate of Ecole Hôtèliere de Lausanne (Switzerland), he studied International hospitality management.
